Honestly - it's such ancient history that it's pretty much irrelevant now.

Unfortunately my solicitors no longer exist and I haven't kept the paperwork from 2007, this only came to light when out of curiosity I looked at the value of old houses I'd had . It has got me wondering if I was told the truth at the time by them re the buyer reducing their offer to £130k and someone has pocketed £3250.0
