PCN - DCB Legal for ECP Ltd - County Court Hearing?

Advice Please...

DCB Legal representing Euro Car Parks Ltd - Single PCN (£300) - This Defended Claim has now been transferred to my Local County Court.

Background: This harassment has been going on for years; I've been through the countless threatening debt collectors letters, bullying telephone calls requesting me "to pay up or else" and recently the pointless and fruitless Mediation Process.

But today I received the Notice of Transfer of Proceedings from CNBC to my Local CC.

TBH I'm getting a little twitchy; is this just another tactic to make me pay up, or do you think its really going to a County Court hearing?

I've read the lengthy thread on DCB Legal record of Discontinuances...is this finally around the corner?
Thanks in advance
