    Sometimes companies change name being used. Octopus did it earlier this year as well.

    Their own bank already tells them when a first payment is taken, and you have much longer to dispute it under the guarantee and any dispute must be repaid instantly. 

    They were asking for a bank that tells you when its set up not when the first payment is taken
    Sure but you can dispute it before it is taken to stop money going out, hence people might find that useful
