If you don't recognise it then you can cancel it. Just keep in mind if it it's legitimate then cancelling the DD could cause issues with late payments. Otherwise if it turns out to be fraudulent and a payment is taken, then all you need to do is make a claim under the DD guarantee and the money will be refunded by your bank.0
