Sky Mobile Activation issue

After reading about Skys £1.00 contract I've ordered two SIMS from Sky to move from Tescos.
I can get onto my Sky account through website or app and it shows my SIMS as delivered which is correct. I go to the activate bit and I'm asked what SIMs I would like to order. Everywhere I read it should ask me if I want to transfer a number across or use the SIMS existing number, not try and sell me another SIM card.
I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue and if so, have they found a solution?

Scroll down to Product Settings
Is anything there of help? Mine's all set up with the SIM working but used the app to activate it.0
