Sky Mobile Activation issue

After reading about Skys £1.00 contract I've ordered two SIMS from Sky to move from Tescos.
I can get onto my Sky account through website or app  and it shows my SIMS as delivered which is correct.  I go to the activate bit and I'm asked what SIMs I would like to order.  Everywhere I read it should ask me if I want to transfer a number across or use the SIMS existing number, not try and sell me another SIM card.
I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue and if so, have they found a solution?

    Take Mobile from the bottom selection buttons.

    Scroll down to Product Settings

    Is anything there of help? Mine's all set up with the SIM working but used the app to activate it.
