Carflow - Cambridge Leisure Park

Sorry I've copied a similar post as it had a good layout and I'm not the best with this stuff. 

Summary of Incident:

• Parking session: Entered at 20:07:49, exited at 20:20:21 (ANPR records)

• No parking paid

• Alleged breach: Stayed longer than 10 minutes

• Reason: JustEat delivery driver went to pick up from Sainsburys who didn't have the delivery ready and took a while to pack it up - I have evidence of me being there

Context and Mitigating Factors:

• I work for JustEat and pick up many deliveries from the leisure park as they have lots of outlets available. I didn't pay for parking as normally I'm able to park, down the side, pick up the delivery and leave within 10 minutes. However, this is only possible if the restaurant/shop has the delivery ready. 

I'm not sure who to appeal too and how as I've never had one of these tickets before. I read savills is the letting agent but not sure where/how to contact them. 

There are signs there (albeit the terms are written much smaller). I have always paid for park when I've been for non work related activities such as cinema etc

What can I do next? I have till tomorrow to appeal (PCN sent to my old address and only just received it today to my current address).

Appeal to the parking company (who will reject) and then to POPLA (who will probably reject because they're inept, but worth a go for this).

Totally agree with that. Appeals to Carflow are different. NO TEMPLATE.

Appeal politely with the facts.
