Land owner at Winsford 2 store, Home Bargains? Parkingeye charge

Hi, I've read the guidelines and note that sometimes the landowner can intervene when trying to get an unfair charge overturned, however, I can't find out who the landowner is in this case.
I've called the store and they don't know who the land belongs to and I've tried to contact their head office but their help centre just takes me to information. There's no email address or number. The information is:
"Some of the car parks at Home Bargains stores are not owned by us (TJ Morris Ltd). Some of these car parks may be controlled by third party companies who can issue charges for breaching their terms, which are outlined on signage in the car park.

If you have received a charge and would like to appeal this, please refer it to the company who have issued the charge."
However, the company is Parking Eye, and it looks like they don't actually own any of their car parks? So I don't know how to find the owner of the land.
Does anyone know where this information may be found?
Thanks so much
