Multiple cars on pcp

Hi we have bought 6 cars over the period 2007- 2021. does that mean each pcp agreement is treated separately by the motor commission enquiries.
Thanks  for responses  :)

Why does this claim period only go back to April 2007? We bought a car in February 2007 so according to this we just miss out. Can I take an independent action to submit a claim from February 2007?

The legal underpinning for the claims is a piece of legislation that started in April 2007 - section 140a of the Consumer Credit Act, "unfair relationships".

I think we will have to wait and see if solicitors are interested in taking pre-2007 cases.

You could try and take them to court but you would have to establish you were miss-sold on a higher burden of proof than customer friendly legislation

Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:

People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
