CEL witness statements group thread

CEL witness statements seem to be far worse then other firms they are literally a copy and paste with no facts as to the case, i dont think ive ever seen a witness statement as bad as this its if they dont intend to use them at a hearing Ive compared several and apart from the claim number they are word for word the same…

It appears to be yet another intimidation tactic from Scott Wilson. I suspect the courts are increasingly familiar with this pattern, dragging matters to the brink before ultimately discontinuing the claim. The Mazur judgement must be a contributing factor.
