Daymer Bay Car Park, PL27 6SA

The Registered Keeper has received a Parking Charge from Alliance Parking for an overstay at Daymer Bay Car Park, PL27 6SA. The Registered Keeper paid for 3 hours of parking, but overstayed by 50 minutes. The Registered Keeper wasn't the Driver.
The Registered Keeper appealed to Alliance Parking, without identifying the Driver, and the appeal was rejected. Alliance Parking say the next step is to appeal to The Independent Appeals Service (IAS).
Someone has recently posted about the same car park: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6546342/alliance-parking-cornwall-fee-paid-online-but-no-receipt. The Registered Keeper is wondering if the "advice" remains the same?

I've had a couple of letters since my post from Trace Debt Recovery. Are these the "powerless debt collectors" you refer to? Just ignore these letters (they are not LBCs).0 -
You can see these debt letters in POST 4 of the NEWBIES Announcement thread. POST 2 - Small Claim has guidance on LBC.3
-
No further correspondence on this matter since the last post.

Hmmm but there are 6 years to sue over money, so make sure the keeper tells Alliance Parking of they move house because a claim could arrive years later.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
