Dont think this poster is a spammer, just gullible.

In case you wonder how these companies continue to rip folks off - its cos people want to believe they can get what's offered. They probably have the spiel down to a fine art to still be able to con folks out of money.

mmm128 - if you can afford to lose the money then do as you will. Bank transfers once gone are gone and thats that - no getting it back. Or take the advice and avoid these sort of companies like the plague - they will suck you dry.

You are one of two things....

    1. A complete cement headed Moron

    2. A Spammer trying to drum up business by getting people visiting the site of the rip off merchants.

I think you are the second one, simply because you know enough about them to know the alias company names, but have managed to miss the Billions of warnings about being Ripped Off.

    Kettle... black... calling...

Another candidate for my ignore list.

Great post. But you would be amazed how many utterly stupid, clueless and gullible people there are out there. There are 1000s upon 1000s of cement headed morons trust me :rotfl::rotfl:

And knowing that gives you a nice warm feeling inside and makes you feel good about yourself, does it?

    Go ahead.

Are you too simple to see you have replied to a post made over TWO YEARS ago?? :T:T
Do you seriously think thurso is still looking for an answer??? :rotfl:

My reply was to a one day old reply. To think mmm128 is seriously considering going through with something like this is completely bewildering, hence my assumption it was a Spam post so not to be taken seriously.

I take it you come across lots of Trolls due to your Sig... maybe they aren't the Trolls, you're just simple and can't understand....

Its nice to know I dont have an overly greedy personality, and that I dont believe in free lunches, and that if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

Believe me I hate scammers as much as anyone and would like to see these despicable people drown in their own vomit.

I have to say that we have done lots of investigation into them and can't find anything untoward, but then again we cant find anything positive about companies offering these kind of offers. To be totally honest we visited the premises and saw what they had to offer and it all looked very believable, but the one thing that put me off going with them is when they said they could get heavily discounted tickets from Ticketmaster. And the one thing that I know about Ticketmaster is they will take every opportunity to take more and more cash from you, so are not known for their generous nature.

So thanks to your advice we havent transferred a penny.

I have discovered quite a lot about Eliworlds.com and their associate company Essential Travels and I would strongly suggest NOT to get involved with them. I am not convinced that they are a reputable company, and certainly have not given me any opportunity to recommend them at all. I just wanted to advise people NOT to waste their money, but follow the lead from the other threads. Do investigation by all means, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your money.

But surely this was fraud and your cc company will refund you?
I have been a member with Eliworlds/Elitravel for some 7 years and have found them to be a stand up company offering a great service and good discounts but more importantly good consumer protection, my only reservation was that sometimes the levels of discount vary tremendously sometimes it may be as low as about 5 percent but i did have a villa last may in the algarve for 99 pound sterling for a week it had 3 bedrooms and was great for me and the family, so try them i like them and the service they offer.
