RBS isa transfer from Principality.

I'm contemplating transferring my Isa from the Principality Easy access 4.2%var currently to RBS fixed 4.2%.
Am I correct that principality only use paper forms to transfer into them, so how does it work when transferring out?
How do l go about transferring to RBS via the app. I have a current account with them.
I don't have a printer, so is the transferring form part of the application process?
Thanks

If you are transferring from Principality to Nationwide then you only need to contact Nationwide. You shouldn't need to communicate with the bank you are transferring from.
You can open a Nationwide ISA online, no need to print out an application form. When you give them the details of the ISA you are transferring out of they should take care of the rest.1 -

I recently transferred a Principality ISA, it was electronic and pretty quick as well as I transferred two isa to Halifax and principality was done first, within 2 working days. No paper forms involved.0
