I would think the only negotiating leverage you have is if you can say that you feel aggrieved, but agree to go quietly if they up the payment to XX. But you have to get the balance right, you want something that is within grasp not outlandish and you need to come across as asking for a bit of leeway rather than some sort of blackmail. Some update.
We had first consultation yesterday. Next consultation next week.
The without prejudice settlement they have increased from 2 weeks to 3 weeks.
First meeting with my lawyer tomorrow.0 -

The economy not the best currently not the best time to be out of work.
