Ordered almost £200 worth of goods from an online company and paid via PayPal.
The items were advertised as 6 packs and the company has sent 1 of each item for all of the 20 x6 items ordered.
On contacting the company they stated the listings were all mistakes and it should have been for 1 item only and not 6 packs.
They have offered a 10% refund and keep the products or return the items. There policy states £5 for returns and to be honest I'm going to struggle to get these to a parcel shop to return due to weight and no vehicle. I would not have purchased the items if I knew it was for just one item.
Does anybody know what rights I have? Would it just be easier to raise a dispute with PayPal?

If I read your post correctly, the supplier considers you have paid £200 for 20 items, so an average of £10 per item.
You thought you had paid £200 for 6 x 20 items, so 120 items total, an average of £1.70 per item.
Which price (£10 or £1.70) is plausible for the items?
The supplier could argue obvious / unilateral mistake.0 -
This is covered here OP (assuming you are a consumer):
https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/section/25Delivery of wrong quantity(1)Where the trader delivers to the consumer a quantity of goods less than the trader contracted to supply, the consumer may reject them, but if the consumer accepts them the consumer must pay for them at the contract rate.
You may either keep what they have sent and pay the pro rota price, or reject what they have sent (they should pay the returns costs).
Consumer or not, if they argue an obvious mistake voiding the contract they need to refund you and collect the goods. In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -

I'm confused. That order shows about £50 worth of goods not £200. So is that their order form that came with the goods, in which case they owe you £150? I can't imagine that those products normally retail for about £1 -2 each.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Who is the seller?
(Curious to read their T&Cs)
Assuming this is a bona fide UK seller, what the_lunatic_is_in_my_head says is correct. You are legally entitled to reject the goods and the seller must pay for their return.1 -
For what reason were you trying to buy what might be something like 200 pet sprays, wipes, etc?0

I've just looked at their website and there's nothing showing on there about 6x1 packages so I assume it's an error that they have now corrected.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I am not familiar with the costs for pet shampoos and the like.
£7.40 for six bottle of shampoo is £1.23 per bottle. I am certain I could buy shampoo for myself in the supermarket at that price. I am equally certain I could buy shampoo for myself in the supermarket at £7.40 per bottle.
It is not obvious to me that the prices constitute an obvious error.
On that basis, I refer you to the answer given by @the_lunatic_is_in_my_head1
