Cheap Energy Club: problems entering my address

I've used Cheap Energy Club in the past to switch supplier, but haven't visited for some time while the price cap ruled. Now I want to see if I can get a better deal before winter gets here.
I sorted out my password as directed, and after login the first and only option is to enter my postcode and choose my address - but my address isn't in the drop down list, and unlike every other address entry instance I've seen on the web, there is no way to enter it manually.
What do I do now? I'm fairly sure my house exists, it's raining and I'm not getting wet.
I don't want to use one of my neighbours' addresses, for any number of reasons. I imagine the address database is provided by a third party and isn't under the control of MSE, so I don't see much prospect of getting it changed.
Any guidance would be welcome.
Edited to add:
The credit club has my correct address. That's a good thing!
I also tried the broadband deals comparison, which offers me a dizzying array of 'addresses' including a company which closed down decades ago; a garden; "centre of pond" (choice of two!); various plots of land including playing fields; a phone mast... I could go on. It's just cheap energy that I can't get.
