I logged into my Principality account this morning. The ISA money has still not left this account and moved to new provider. It has been 2 days now. Is this normal length of time?0

Cash ISA xfers can take up to 15 working days, though most don’t.ceewash said:I logged into my Principality account this morning. How did you know that when you only posted at 04:51?clairec666 said:Still not working as of 6 o'clock this morning. I was hardly expecting things to have been fixed overnight anyway.
Last time I did internal transfers (July) they happened instantly, even late in the evening. Today I find a message that they could take a whole working day! I did a test withdrawal to an external account, and it's the same story. Is the related to that outage?0 -
