I logged into my Principality account this morning. The ISA money has still not left this account and moved to new provider. It has been 2 days now. Is this normal length of time?

If this is an ISA transfer, it can take up to 15 days

Cash ISA xfers can take up to 15 working days, though most don’t.
It seems Principality was affected by yesterday’s outage. If your new provider was also affected, it’s easy to see why it could take a bit longer than ‘normal’.

    Thank you that's reassuring.

Still not working as of 6 o'clock this morning. I was hardly expecting things to have been fixed overnight anyway.
How did you know that when you only posted at 04:51?

Last time I did internal transfers (July) they happened instantly, even late in the evening. Today I find a message that they could take a whole working day! I did a test withdrawal to an external account, and it's the same story. Is the related to that outage?
