I can't see anything that says or shows splits in the blinds would exist.

I can also understand if you paid what I saw as a quote you wouldn't be happy with splits!

Interesting to see that the photos on that specific colour don't show splits, but the ones in the other colour do.

If you havent already take screenshots of everything ASAP in case you need to pursue a claim through credit card.
I had a quick look and when you input sizes and click get price there is a number 2 showing and above or near it there is " learn more" and it states that the blinds come in 2 parts.

I put 30 inches wide and 60 inches drop.

Yes.  I've just done that with the same measurements and when I ask for the price it tells me the shutters will come in two panels.

If you click on the "Learn more" you get a pop-up window saying:  "Over certain sizes your Shutter will be split into separate panels which you’ll fit side-by-side. The louvres for each panel will operate independently. We will always make your shutter with the minimum number of panels required."

@bonedoc001 -  what measurements did you specify?

Okay see that too myself. Still same issue of the photos though, seems to be this one colour only had single panel photos.

The shutter blinds are as specified but not what you assumed as you didn’t read  the extra information given.

It's perhaps unfortunate that the website does not clearly say in the measuring guidance that shutters over a certain width will be in two or more panels.

Although the information is there after you request a price, it doesn't leap of the page

This is true, but that stock photo (appears to me anyway) to show a window much bigger than the OP’s so I don’t think the information is clear enough IMO. :)

it appears 75cm width is the maximum for one shutter, when you enter 75.1cm or above it changes to 2
OP what were your measurements width?

I've used this company for years and would like to defend them !
Every room in my home and conservatory, has been kitted out by them for the past 8 years, and find their instructions, and service, excellent.
Their advice and help is on there on the site and i recommend anyone ringing them for help if unsure.
I would continue speaking with the staff and, if they won't bend on their stance then i think their 50% offer is worth taking.
