Shutter Blinds not as specified .

Hi Guys
i have an issue with an order for shutter blinds for two windows that I placed online . During the ordering process it asked for window measurements and the were pictures on website showing the windows of my size with a single planel shutter blinds . When the order was sent I discovered that the blinds came with two panels for a fixed window which I had specified . The smaller top half of window was split into three panels making the end product not as specified and looking very ugly when fitted . I raised this stating this didn’t match what I expected and what was shown on their website . They’re refusing to change this and say the picture on website is a demo only and at best they can give me 50% discount on new blinds but they can’t change these or give me a refund . I’ve quite the COns act and that this breaches contract and is not fit for purpose but they keep fobbing me off coming with excuses such as : the order shows the number of panels ( it does in very small fonts in bottom !!) ; the pictures are for demo and not a true representation; I should have ordered sample blinds .

Question is : what shall I do next ? I did buy them with credit card .

Do you have a link of what you saw on the website and a photo of what's actually been received?

Following the instructions on their website, did you give the correct measurements for what you wanted to buy or did you give incorrect measurements?
Assuming you gave correct measurements, did you receive what you ordered?
Forgive me for asking, but I suspect English is not your first language. Is it possible you misunderstood the instructions and gave incorrect measurements?1 -
Hi there .Appears I’ve not made myself very clear . Did type it in a hurry !Yes . The measurements were correct . But I expected the shutters to be a single panel as was shown on their website but they’ve sent me the shutters with two panels for two windows and three panels for the other ; that’s not what I expected and it doesn’t quite feel or look right ; but they’ve seem to suggest that they can’t make shutters with one panel for my size but that wasn’t very clear during the ordering process . And they refuse to take them back and give me an alternative product .0

Did you select sizes from drop-down menus, or have they made them precisely and uniquely for your provided dimensions? It appears to be the latter, but can you confirm?
And how long ago did you receive them?0 -
If they are not as specified then obviously the first thing to do is to go back to them and say you want them returning for a full refund
if you have any problems then you can go to your credit card of course0 -

https://www.blinds-2go.co.uk/perfect-fit-shutter-kit/57229/perfectfit-kit-cool-white.html those the ones OP?
I can't see anything that says or shows splits in the blinds would exist.
I can also understand if you paid what I saw as a quote you wouldn't be happy with splits!
Interesting to see that the photos on that specific colour don't show splits, but the ones in the other colour do.
If you havent already take screenshots of everything ASAP in case you need to pursue a claim through credit card.0
