OK so you need to URGENTLY apply at your local court to:
- STAY THE WRIT AND SET ASIDE THE CCJ
- And apply for HELP WITH FEES at the same time, so the application is free (or reduced).
You can find both forms online.
Was/is your car's logbook registered at an old address? Is that why you got no PCNs or did you get PCNs and ignored them?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It's now been brought to my attention that I have multiple parking fines plus two ccj on my credit file. I had no idea. Debt of a couple of thousands which I have no hope of paying due to my abysmal financial situation. I have been told by a couple of people that itight be prudent to think about doing a DRO.
All th debt is parking related. Mix of council and private through DCBL, Marston etc.
Are there any DRO specialists on th forum who can help me out this. I would be forever great full.0 -
No, you'd be better applying to get the two CCJs set aside because you don't have to pay fees.4

CAP is one of them3 -
For the Council charges you can likely file an "out of time witness statement" to reset them back to the original amount and get rid of any collection agents.
This is a completely separate process to the CCJs.
More info here: https://bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/index-page/traffic-enforcement-centre-tec/out-of-time-witness-statementAlways remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

I am fuc.ed. Marston found th ncarnand clamped it even though I moved it away. Was gonna take the kids to school and saw the car was clamped. The car is so old it's probably not even worth 500 pounds and own them 1000s apparently. No way of paying as I have 15 pounds in my account. Guess my marriage is done too now.
