    Eighth Anniversary Photogenic First Post Combo Breaker
    Prior to this email I haven't logged in since ages, so I am wondering if it's because of the MSE/Cheap Energy Club accounts merging, it sees the account as newer than Friday 26 September?

    I'm having a similar issue.

    I was able to see the tariff earlier this afternoon. I did update my estimated usage to see true savings.

    Later on, when I was about to proceed it was no longer an option and I am greeted with the "unfortunately, you are not eligible for this tariff" message.

    Also getting this message. I was asked to add my current address and tariff info even though I've done that before and have had my CEC account for as long as I can remember. Somehow not eligible...
