I will buy back the loo rolls at their usual price. I normally pay £2.99 for 9 so 33p each. Will just tot up how many I've used that month and pop the money across as necessary.
Was looking at Yorksh!re teabags last night. Normally buy in A!di for £5.49 a box of 210. Wondering if they are any cheaper in HB or B&M.Cross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 20/25 Currently reading Finding Hildasaay by Christian Lewis1 -
Iceland currently have 160+50 free so 210 for a few pence less at £5.45 so unless you have one locally probably not worth getting them there.0

Excuse me butting in but, if you have a Farmfoods near their Yorkshire teabags are 2 for £10. Not sure if it's national though. 🤔0

Thank you both

Nearest Farm Foods is Canterbury @Coxy11. I only use it when we take the motorhome down there for a few days but didn't actually make it last time as the van was playing up and we ended up with only water via an on/off switch that DH rigged up and no heating so just wanted to come home. DH still needs to sort it out but don't think it's going to be rushing to do it as we're unlikely to go away again this year!
I'll be going to B&M and Poundland tomorrow so I'll have a look for you while I'm there (if I remember!).

Thank you @joedenise for your detective work!! I had a look on HUKD and found that Asda have 240 boxes for £5 so I popped there whilst DH was at the dentist and grabbed two of the three boxes left. That's us sorted for a while yet!! My store is well and truly open now I have stock!

Well done on getting a couple of boxes at £5, that's a good price. I'd have taken all 3 boxes as we get through loads of teabags. I also have to buy them for the motorhome!0

Hi everyone glad to see everyone one here. I've saved about £6 into my second purse over the last week as I can't fund it this month. I've put in the saving on items I bought at a discount so not the full price the the bit I saved on top. It seems small but I did do a massive shop last weekend with no real discounts. If I manage to do that every week I'll have £24 by the end of the month, so not bad I think!
Loving the cheap teabag hunt! If anyone sees any great offers on basics pop them on here please!

Ridiculously excited (and relieved) that the loo rolls arrived today. We had one left in the house and have 3 loos!!Cross-stitch WIP: Haberdashery Shop Fiver Friday challenge 2025 founding member 😊 Read 25 books in 2025 20/25 Currently reading Finding Hildasaay by Christian Lewis0
