The poster that mentions the 8 week deadlock letter is wrong , that is where you have a dispute with an ISP , it’s generally for billing and the resolution often is the ISP is told to realise the customer from any contract to allow them to leave , of refund any monies if the dispute resolution people agree the customer has been overcharged, you don’t fit into that at all , if EE can’t supply you without you contributing towards Openreach costs , and it’s optional, you don’t have to get FTTP so the costs are discretionary , don’t want to pay , no one is forcing you to.
Openreach FTTP doesn’t come from street cabinets , if there is one near you that’s irrelevant to the provision of FTTP .0
