Progressive health issue. Gets ESA, but it's not a great amount. PIP is difficult as still fully functioning at this stage, his employer just didn't want him around reallyitsthelittlethings said:Had he been on SSP? Is there hope of a return to health?Their DWP work coach should be keen to support them back into suitable employment that they can do with their health conditions. In the mean time, they have their ESA payments and the lump sum pay off they received from their employer.
