No worries I'm happy to just ignore it although it's annoying getting letters for the next 6 years about it - would it be detrimental to my case to shoot them an appeal back stating the company is no longer trading so you have no case?0

If the company has cased trading then surely its irrelevant as i assume it will be struck of in due course3

its showing as dissolved on companies house, i just never got round to telling dvla0
