Ticket on Window - Company Van

Hi all, my limited company vehicle received a parking charge notice 13 days ago (from SIP Parking) - it was placed on the windscreen for the reason of "no ticket displayed". I've seen the Edna Basher "ABC Company" template but I just wanted to make sure I can use this given there has been no letters issued or notice to keepers etc - it's just a the PCN on the window of the vehicle at this stage.

No. If your Ltd company owns the vehicle, await the NTK. Or is it leased?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No worries will do0

Hi Coupon, I've received the NTK from SIP Parking. Not sure if this helps but the v5 is still in my old company name (which is no longer trading). I'm in the process of updating DVLA but just thought I'd mention it in case it has relevance.
Is it worth my uploading a redacted copy of the NTK here?0 -
No we dont need to see it2

OK no worries - shall I appeal saying their request for payment is addressed to a limited company, not a driver and also that limited company is no longer trading?0
-
Any help is appreciated, I don't want to mess this up.0

If its no longer trading then who cares1

Careful, because knowing SIP I wouldn't be surprised if they looked up a director and took a punt claiming against them as driver if they knew the company was no more.
I'd simply ignore.
