I WENT TO A SHOP TO SEE ORIGINAL UGG AUSTRALIA AND THE SHOES I GOT ARE IDENTICAL...packaging and guarantee cards exactly the same...

everybody here just think they know everything...very annoying..

Well aren't you delightful. We dont know everything, we are just trying to be helpful. People ask questions, someone answers them. Thats how it works, you dont have to take our word as gospel, it is advice.
And just so you know, we get a lot of people posting for the first time, spamming this site. Dont take it personally, we are just a cautious bunch.

the way people write is not sounding as advice to me( by the way i did not ask for advice on the matter, i was actually replying to someone's post )...
  • hello, yesterday i ordered a pair of tall ugg boots from www.uggboots-uk.com
I paid through Paypal, they was 79.00, and the total was 99.00 including shipping. i searched the name of the website today just to see if they are trustworthy but couldnt find anythng. has anyone brought from this website before?? or is it too good to be true (seeing as how cheap they are) ... if that is the case would paypal refund my money?? or will i lose it?? ohh im getting worried now.... i wish i waited! thanks xx

I would be worried. This website is based in Hong Kong and I think the contact information looks VERY dodgy - a gmail address? Come on!

Have you seen how many dot com domains are still available using "uggboots" in the url? ;)

Expect to see lots more new sites popping up over the next few months as more fraudsters try to take advantage of the popularity of these boots

  • Sorry guys, i'm a bit of a worrier when it comes to spending so much on Ugg boots, so sill question here, are the Ugg Boots on Muse Shoes website def real? i don't get how they can be 10% cheaper than other places? I was looking at getting mine at Office Shoes online and getting the 10% quidco money back.

If Muse shoes are selling genuwine boots i wil def order mine from there, but just want to make sure they are genuwine before i buy them.

    Thank guys
    x

Don't worry they are genuine Ugg boots. The 10% off is just a special offer that is on at the moment.

I've just bought a pair of ugg boots off e-bay. They were advertised as uggs, came in an ugg box, had an ugg booklet and a so called authentic document with them and they are lined with a synthetic fabric. Cost me £73 form a seller listed as WESTWELL76. I just want to warn all other buyers off so they don't get ripped off too. I have e-mailed the seller who, as yet, has failed to reply. I have reported the situation to e-bay and will start the dispute process as soon as I am able, after 15th of February. I am livid.
Has anyone else had the same problem? Lisa P

Yes this happened to me but my dad payed about £115 and i was so disspointed as thye were my birthday present :(
  • Hi i an desperately trying to find the classic short uggs in ultramarine.
They are sold out on spoiledbrats and my-wardrobe, I've found them for £150.50 on a website called sarenza.
I have searched the name on the ugg authorized stocksts page but can't see them, does anybody know if they're genuine uggs?
I'm a little over cautious as about a year ago I brought £200 worth of apparent genuine uggs from a website called ecouggs I acually received a letter from deckers stating they were fake and I tried to get the money back but couldn't even get a reply! :( gutted
So If anybody can help at all I'd really appreciate it.
