So I got my DCBL - Notice of Intended Legal Action (Unpaid parking charge £170). It says it's been referred to their client to review commencing legal action. If a claim is issued against me there'll be more fees etc… and loads of helpful easy ways to pay overleaf.
You likely know the exact wording off by heart. So at this stage I still ignore right??

Got another DCB legal Letter of claim. it lays out the basis of the claim and next steps. its asking me to pay within 30 days. it draws my attention to civil procedure rules 1998 and the courts power to impose sanctions bla bla bla - suggesting I deal it it urgently to avoid a claim being issued. I can dispute it by calling them or i should log onto their site and complete the payment

You can dispute it by going back to the NEWBIES Post 2 - Small Claim and email the LOC reply.
Why would you want to pay when this advice was given to you

I'm 100% not paying, I haven't came this far to end up paying - I was just detailing the 2 options laid out in their letter. So is it advisable to dispute it at this point then?

If its an LoC giving you 30 days notice then that is the correct advice, to respond disputing it
It wouldn't be in the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements if it wasn't relevant

Just noticed you said another Letter of Claim from DCB Legal. Email the template reply for LoC in the NEWBIES if not already done then await the Claim form pack from CNBC.
