    Do what I mentioned above, regardless of sending scans already,  the pdf will definitely be accepted and logged,  or should be,  so check your MCOL claim history weekly until its logged,  then keep following the 8 steps 

    The CNBC accept the paper N180 form by post,  or the N180 DQ pdf document by email  ( they don't like scans, plus scanned pictures are not the actual form   )
