Yes thet works if you change 'Smart Parking' and change this:

    4. Further, regarding the Particulars of Claim paragraph 4, research has proved that this Claimant has never used the POFA 2012 and has never been able to hold registered keepers liable.

    to this

    4. Further, regarding the Particulars of Claim paragraph 4, research has proved that this Claimant is unlikely to have used or complied with schedule 4 of the POFA 2012, without which a parking operator cannot hold registered keepers liable.

    Hi all,
I finally received my NI49A notice, alongside the N180 directions questionnaire. I’m filling it out and I will scan and email it over back to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk. I can’t for what ever reason find any details of GBP managements email correspondence address to cc in, any idea’s where I may find it.

    Thanks

I have no details I just received the NI49A notice, N180 questionnaire which already had my name, claim number filled in. The N149A states to serve copies on all other parties, by the 11th December. what do I do in this instance?

I don't understand the difficulty. We have this stage covered in the first 8 steps: of course you aren't dealing with the parking firm.

My apologies, I've mis-read it and thought I had to send it to GBP management, but its obviously DCB legal. I've got the flu, so my  heads in the cloud.
    Thanks.

Not a good idea, not recommended,  it can result in problems down the line

DOWNLOAD the official N180 pdf document from the government website,  fill it in,  save it,  attach to an email,  2 destinations,  info@ for dcb legal,  plus the CNBC dq email address,  adding the claim form reference number etc

Yep, a scan is too big and won't be OK.

So I already scanned and emailed it over as a PDF. Do I just re-do through the way you just mentioned, would it cause a problem.
