Sorted the updated chart out for MFi3 we have got to 100% of our target thanks to people paying more than what they pledged. It is looking really good and I hope people will carry on for the last 6 months not long new.

Spent some money yesterday on signing up to ESPN to watch Denmark Sweden. It was a vital game and it cost £9 a month but you got £5 refund for doing it online. Then you can cancel after 30 days and we did beat the old archrivals and have now qualified for South Africa. Well worth the money.

Also spend £90 on getting the lounge/dinning room carpet done. It looks so much better so I can live with it without having the urge to replace it. Should save money then.

Been planning to spend a bit more money on the house by having the last of the ceillings skimmed to get rid of the artexing which I hate. Only 4 rooms to do and 1 is the hall which is tiny. A girl from work posted on our internal post that her partner is looking for work he is a plastere. Now HQ is 200 miles away but I have offered he can stay with us so we shall see. Just sent off all the meassurements and he can get back to me with a price. I can also meet him next time I go up there.

Was planning to play golf today but could not be asked. Took FIL out to buy a new TV. Came back with a 37 inch Hd + stand + HD DVD + 19 inch for the kitchen. Could not get the one in the kitchen to work just said check arial. Think they might have to upgrade that. Hopefully Sky can set up the other one when they upgrade to SKY HD. My DH is soo keen to buy himself a nice telly but we have agreed to wait until we see FILs if it really makes a difference with HD. Our wall unit will only take a 32 inch or maybe a 35 inch at the most. I hate big telly's I think it looks really cheap if it over powers the room.

Anyway enough waffle for now. Hope you enjoy your Sunday.

PS wine challenge completely went out of the window last night due to the stress of the football.

Sounds like you had reason to drink the wine; and remember, if you were in Denmark wouldn't that wine have cost a lot more?

The cost of the football is fine when you enjoy it - we do need some fun, and you were good at getting the discount etc.

Hi Tesco Points nice to see you I am not sure I am doing that well as we have had to drop the mortgage payments from £1000 to £420 but still.

Been productive this weekend. Got the garden looking nice and tidy, put some of the stuff away for winter so it doesn't get damaged and got some more soil for my potatoes in the bags. My bargain winter pansier are looking really nice and in flower now.

Got my first £5 Amazon voucher on Bingoport that was quite nice as I have no books to read and I quite fancy some of the second hand 1p books on Amazon. £9 for 3 so with £5 off that is quite cheap. You get quite a few points for joining and it is free to play slots and bingo. They want you to sign up to all the bingo sites but they are soo boring that I am not tempted. I am just going to get the free points every day and spin on the slots. Nice way to safe up Amazon vouchers without it costing anything. I think I can refer you for an extra 1000 points (you need 8000 for an Amazon voucher) if you PM me your email address.

Done quite well on the MB got my £25 free from BetUK and 2 x £25 from Will Hill as well as £10 from Ladbrokes. Now that Chelsea has won that is me bust out of everything. I have kept the profits on MB a bit quiet on here as I have a habit of playing slots on the sites with my winnings which is a real no no in MB terms.

I do not really want to waste money on playing those sorts of risky games it just if I am bored at work. So far I have managed to keep it pretty even with what I have made on MB but last week I lost quite a bit. Stupid really and I recommend if you MB stay well away from Casino offers you always end up loosing.

So in future the only site I shall be playing slots on is BingoPort as it is free.

I know what you mean, I have just started MB but, have spent most of the money on the slots, I think I'm going to give up, it takes up so much of my time and I'm not that good at it!

Chipsdog please please stop MB if you use the profits on slots it really is a slippery slope. Rule no 1 in MB is that is has to be risk free. Bets stop now and then take it up at a later date if you think you have the control over the situation.

    Hi All
Long drive yesterday 250 mile round trip but worth it only going locally today so that is nice.

Ordered a £10 voucher from Pigsback (they pay so little now it is hardly worth it) and got accepted for a facewash trial which will pay some Boots vouchers.

Joint current account looking quite healthy but I know we have the golf memebership to pay for in April so that will have to stay that way.

Mortgage is now totally offset so there should not be any interest charged this month for the first time ever. Would be quite a milestone.

This week is dragging a bit ubt at least it is hump day today.

Totally agree with you TG, I'm thinking of stopping Pigsback completely once I've got my next voucher.

Hope your week picks up for you :)

Yes it was quite nice the food was great but the service not so mind you it was just before the England game so got quite busy. Bit of a rough area though as we were leaving the carpark two cars were having a showdown and one raced out right behind us to try to get away. That evening will have cost us 90p as I was covered up to £15 but we did get
    2 x ham egg & chips
    1 pint of IPA
1 Grapefruit and Soda (obviously for me)
    1 Bacardi and Coke
    1 Whiskey

    Quite good value.

Today I am going up around the M25 to see a chap who is very difficult. His office said I could come and I am not ringing him to check it is OK in case he cancels so could be a waster trip. Wish me luck.

Got two free £5 bet on first goal scorer for England had Terry and Crouch should net me £25 as I could not lay it. Nice one.
