Eon next withdrawing offers before getting chance to respond

Had letters dated 2 September offering fix v43 and another dated 3 September offering v44. These letters arrived Friday & Saturday, on Monday when I phoned up the offers were not available so I had to sing up to v48. I have had this in the previous years when phone to take up offer in letter to be told it is no longer…
