    You say you have bought an HR-V and have figures provided by Honda showing various technical weights. Unfortunately, the figures you have provided are for a different & larger vehicle, namely a CR-V.
    The HR-V has no towing capacity published for 2025/6 models.

    <snip>

     your e-C4 was actually built in Villaverde, Madrid - in a factory that started as a Barreiros diesel engine plant, then arrived in Stellantis via Simca and Chrysler Europe.

    That explains the appalling paint quality, reminds me of the Spanish build Honda motorcycle I had once- even the plastic corroded....
    I want to go back to The Olden Days, when every single thing that I can think of was better.....

    But what does it say in the V5 and on the VIN plate?

    The VIN plate should read

    2350
    3100
    1260
    1150

    if those figures are correct.

    It doesn't matter what a brochure says, it depends on what the vehicle is type-approved for which will show in the V5 as it was declared at registration.
    The V5 isn't always correct.  My car (Kia Niro) has no towing capacity listed on the V5 but has it on the VIN plate.  A towbar is available as a factory option and after market.

    Depends on just which Niro, age as well as how powered. As some can, some can't
    Even the E-Niro which can't tow. You can get a tow ball, but only to fit a cycle rack.
