IAS. and PCN appeal failed

Hi all
Hope some can help?
Recently had PCN and ISA failed appeal, wondering what to do next !
Given my parking ticket because ANPR camera failed to record my ticket which I have that shows I have paid on the times in question. The ticket did not show my full reg number dispite me putting it in , and I never checked, therefore did not regester with ANPR camera and registered as not paid.
That is the reason for failing my appeal because I did not adhere to terms and conditions as printed on signage , they accept in principle that I made payments and my ticket only contains the last 3 digits of my reg . It is quite obvious from the photo that appears on the ANPR camera that it's my vehicle.! What do you all think please

Parking ticket machines are notorious for failures like that, very common
Paid in full tends to hold sway with judges, especially if the defendant states that they put in the full and correct registration details
The claimant is unlikely to win in court, if it gets that far2 -
Which parking company please? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

IAS is not binding on you, wait for the Letter of Claim.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cdeln2ly1z0o.ampYou shouldn't have wasted your time on the IAS, which (and its ownership) shows is neither impartial nor independent. Ignore them. It's considered bent.
Please post the IAS decision here:

Is it Excel?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
