Lol, ok, back to the original and I will appeal as keeper. Thanks.0

What's your game plan? Obviously Euro will refuse any appeal so you'd have to go to Popla.
Sounds to me like your son parked up, read the contract, declined the terms on offer and left the premises immediately and the whole event took 2 minutes.
No contract was ever formed or existed (no offer, acceptance and consideration) and thus no contract ever existed to be breached.Capiche?3 -
Did you/your son make a purchase at the carpet shop? If so, you could tell them you are cancelling the order, please come and retrieve your carpet (if it has already been delivered and laid) as you cannot afford their products if they come with a £100 surcharge.2

What evidence have they sent that anyone left the premises?1
-
They won't have any. It's just a simple game of dishing out tickets to any vehicle that is recorded on ANPR but doesn't appear on the output from the tablet.1

He never went into the carpet shop. My son parked, went to the shop next door, picked up some freshly made naan's and left. They have 15 CCTV photos online from the point he entered car park, parked up, got out, went straight to shop next door, comes back with bag containing the naan in his hands, gets in the car and drives off.0

Obviously the driver was considering their options while collecting the naan and having done so decided not to stayAlways remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'
