Has anyone had a problem getting a Verification Code from Lebara?

We put my new Lebara SIM card in my phone and despite restarting the phone and inserting the SIM numerous times I am not receiving an activation code. We also tired to do it manually on the website with the new number and PUK code but it is saying my mobile number should be 10 digits which
is not correct as they are 11 digits. No verification code is being sent on any option.
Has anyone else had any problems and if so how did you manage to get it sorted? We have 2 other phones to also transfer over and am dreading the same thing happening. Thank you so much

According to Lebara Support, the sim card should activate automatically when you insert it and turn phone on. No mention of inputting an activation code. Are you activating within 30 days of ordering the sim/plan ?1

Hi, yes eventually the sim card did activate and I received an email from Lebara late last night saying my plan is ready to use, but it seems I need an activation code to be able to sign into my online account which I can`t get despite putting in my email, password and new number the screen doesn`t do anything (its meant to be sent by email). I want to switch over my existing O2 number and I read that I have to fill out the details on my online account to do this. Yes it is within 30 days. I will have to contact them, was just wondering if anyone else had come across this problem.

There is sometimes a time delay when the SIM first activates where it seems to need to sort itself out. So if you click on the website and the "Keep your number" page to receive the activation code, the time will quite often expire before you even receive (and thus be able to see) any code via text message. Then you later see when it finally works, that the older texts with the now expired codes also arrive prior to the new one you request. When it finally activates, you receive the e-mail saying the SIM is active and you'll know because you can make and receive calls on the SIM with the temporary new number. At that point, you should be able to receive the verification codes/activation codes for doing the PAC process on their website.katies_mum said:We put my new Lebara SIM card in my phone and despite restarting the phone and inserting the SIM numerous times I am not receiving an activation code. Regarding the number of digits in the phone number, it may be that the initial zero may not be necessary if it says +44 already on the form.1 -
Thank you, sorry for delay in replying. It seems on that day there was a problem with Lebara SMS messages. I spoke to them on chat who informed me of the problem and it was rectified but the next morning.
We have now moved 3 accounts to them from O2, everything so far seems really good.1
