Unfortunately the battery isn't the problem now it seems. I've looked in Kuga Facebook pages today and people have had similar issues and could be fuel filters, fuel lines, glow plugs, relays. Could be any of them but would never be able to narrow it down. It'd be another trip to the garage, but the place I bought it from aren't willing to put more money into it.

Does anyone know my rights for getting a refund? How would I start this...?

I didn't even mean it, I'm just natural comedic value 😜 Yeah battery is fine, it's as it should be for a brand new fitted one.
