The business I work for has received a parking charge notice as the 'hirer' of my leased company car. Can I use this same template changing 'registered keeper' to 'hirer' where appropriate?
Thanks0 -
The Registered Keeper should have told APCOA where to go as above, they've named the hirer to discharge their POFA liability (which doesn't exist), but they will not have provided a copy of the hire/lease and waiver documents. The business I work for has received a parking charge notice as the 'hirer' of my leased company car. I would first make sure that the lease company isn't going to pay this under any circumstances and will refund any admin fee when you get a cancellation.
Hirer then sends the appeal as above from the hirer reminding APCOA that only the driver can be liable. Should be straightforward to get them to cancel.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

The Edna Basher template appeals (choose the appropriate one) in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, is the way to handle this. APCOA will cancel. No mentioning who was driving! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This really IMHO is not recommended anymore and I dont think should be used going forward.Umkomaas said:The Edna Basher template appeals (choose the appropriate one) in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post, is the way to handle this. APCOA will cancel. No mentioning who was driving!
