Advice regarding moving from Vodafone PAYG to Vodafone Pay Monthly?

Can anyone help me regarding this?....the online form is confusing!
When I try to complete the online form it requests the "phone number I want to keep" (easy enough), then it asks for the "temporary pay monthly number I want to replace" but I want to replace a PAYG SIM not a Pay monthly SIM???

Looks like you are changing SIMs (PAYG to PAYM). The PAYM SIM will already have a number assigned to it and you want to replace this number with your PAYG number.

Do you have the PAYM SIM details yet?

Right at the top of that form it says 

Before you start, make sure:

You have a Vodafone Pay as you go phone number We have a different form to move a number from another network

You have a temporary Vodafone Pay monthly number This is the number that will be replaced.

The way it works is that you sign up for a PAYM contract, once that's in place you'll be given a new phone number. That's the one you need to put on this form.
