Just turn off the auto-renewal on the app or website.1

or is it a matter of just withdrawing my payment option from my account? This sounds like fake news to me. Why on earth would you need to use a registered letter rather than a phone call, or message through the app/website?How much the cancellation costs you would depend on your contract. But unless you've signed up for a 12/24 month contract then you should be able to tell your app not to auto-renew your monthly bundle1 -
Found out I went through a third party company for the cancellation, who are making money with cancellations. Company is xpendy. Lebara have confirmed it's just a matter of disabling auto renewal.Mark_d said:jazzy said:I would like to cancel my Lebara service because I very rarely use their service. Never heard of xpendy, but their trustpilot reviews don't look great!

Even the 5 star reviews shown on that page are complaints - not sure why they've given 5 stars in that case...1 -
Wonder if the directors managed to stop laughing when settign this up.. seems its a membership subscription which people can't seem to cancel, in order to get help with cancelling membership subscriptions!0

Their site has "robbing xxxxxxxxs" written all over it !Last month, over 15,000 customers chose to unsubscribe their subscriptions through XpendyJust why ?1

As soon as you text for a PAC with Lebara you get a call from retentions. I made it obvious too quickly that I wasn't interested and he put the phone down but I would like to know what they might have offered!1
