There are 233 working days a year (365 - weekends and 28 days holiday).
That means David Croot must file 474 claims a day.= 67 an hour
= 1 a minute

A solicitor in a very rich law firm would take more than 28 days holiday, I think. Presumably he also meets clients, attends training and relevant conferences, has regular senior team meetings and coffee/bathroom breaks in his day.
Also, filing claims is only the start of the conduct of litigation in each small claim.
There is no way he is personally handling and keeping plates spinning on 110,000 generic crap claims p.a. Impossible.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi doubledotcom; yes I used that exact template + I emailed it to a few DCB legal email addresses.doubledotcom said:Can you confirm that you used this template for the email you sent to DCB Legal that garnered that response?

Did you use info@dcblegal.co.uk as one of those addreses?3

Yes with info@dcblegal.co.uk. 3 days prior to emailing their litigation email address. I searched out a few of their email addresses to send my info request to, in part because I have frequently been receiving telephone calls from DCB Legal 3 times a day.doubledotcom said:Did you use info@dcblegal.co.uk as one of those addreses?
My private telephone number must have been harvested by DCB Legal after I sent them a copy of my DQ. I intended my private telephone number only to be used by a Mediator.

He deliberately avoided answering your detailed questions. He is now signing claim forms himself, so he knows he has a big problem. Time to start challenging the validity of claim forms signed by the likes of Ensall in Court and with the SRA.Spirity said:

When you add in the physical impossibility of him or the likes of Ensall signing a very large number of claims etc and the physical impossibility of the likes of Excel's Burgess preparing and signing large numbers of witness statements (and also stating he might not be able to attend the hearing and may send an advocate in his place - which reflects the reality that he is making an implausible number of witness statements that are nothing more than advocating for the real direct knowledge witnesses who are directly involved in processing a parking charge etc), there would seem to be bulk abuse of process.6 -
The judge in my recent case didn’t take kindly to Scott Wilson claiming he might not attend, knowing full well he had no intention of showing up, and then having the audacity to request costs for an advocate.13

Yes. As i've said, he's signed a statement of truth. To claim he "may not" be able to intend every time when he's has zero intention is contemptuous.Duke1999 said:The judge in my recent case didn’t take kindly to Scott Wilson claiming he might not attend, knowing full well he had no intention of showing up, and then having the audacity to request costs for an advocate.6 -
I have heard that permission to appeal this judgment has been granted.
I will update this post when I have a link to share.Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'
