Santander account - £30 Amazon Voucher

No sign of a second one here but I'm still just relieved to have gotten this one, given the battle I had with Optimise Media to get the GC from their first offer earlier this year.dealyboy said:I've just received a 2nd one
I only went through the correct opening process once. I went through the same steps as @danny13579 where we both had our initial application declined by Santander, closed an Everyday CA, waited and then applied again, except I messed it up the 2nd time around forgetting to apply via VoucherSent.
I phoned Santander, fessed up and the retail banker escalated the new account's closure within 2 hours. I then applied again via the link successfully.
I think somehow the original VoucherSent form (declined CA) has been connected to the closed account, maybe? I have still got the other CA for the £100. I don't know, maybe I should e-mail them, but I've already added it to my Amazon gift card, now £60

Great to hear most have received their Amazon voucher claims today.
Mine received and loaded onto my Amazon account as well and just in time to be spending soon 😀0 -
I hope someone can help me. I opened a Santander Everyday account before the deadline in October as recommended to get the £30 Amazon voucher but have never received it. So I went and complained via Chat with Us on the Santander website but not getting anywhere. Is there a quicker way please? Thanks.0

You need to contact VoucherSent, as per the T&Cs
Having said this, I am not sure whether payments are due yet. Again, refer to the T&Cs. These have probably been posted on here0 -
Thank you I will have to find the T&Cs. I thought you just get an email as mentioned in the MSE ad and it was going to be available from 17 November. I remembered making sure to look at the Spam just in case.friolento said:You need to contact VoucherSent, as per the T&Cs

I checked the T&Cs of the account and don't see anything about VoucherSent and I only saved the advert from MSE and it doesn't mention anything. I was hoping to paste it here but it won't show up.Moneypenny17 said:

The claim emails were sent out week commencing 17th November. You need to put in a manual claim via VoucherSent in the two weeks starting 1st December. So you have less than a week to do this.Moneypenny17 said:Thank you I will have to find the T&Cs. Do you still have the email VoucherSent sent you when you registered for the offer?
Do you still have the application number (called an OLA) that Santander sent you by email when you opened the account at the same time?
Neither Santander nor Amazon can help you here.0 -
Thank you danny13579. I never received an email from Voucher sent but have the OLA number from Santader. So what can I do next please? Have got an email address for VoucherSent?danny13579 said:

They won't respond to emails, you have to use the form. I'll have a route around and see if I can find a copy.Moneypenny17 said:Thank you danny13579. Did you definitely register with VoucherSent and apply for your Santander account in the same session?1 -
What I can remember is clicking on the MSE advert itself which took me to Santander. I really do not recall going through VoucherSent.danny13579 said:
