    Do the AOS for him NOW! See the first 8 steps in the Template Defence thread: how to do the AOS is shown in pictures.

    THEN show us the claim form again - the bottom half but will VRM and password redacted.

    With an issue date of 21/08/25 and providing you/your son completed the AoS after 26/08/25 and before 09/09/25
    your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 23/09/25

    Sorry im getting this wrong, i really dont know what im doing. I dont know what an aos is and all he did was pass everything along to his manager at the time

    Can you use his government gateway account to login yourself,  but as your son , navigate through to MCOL  ?   
    ( Money Claim On Line   ) and complete his Acknowledgement of Service  ( AOS  ) , doing it as soon as possible,  today   !
