Unfair Parking notice going to court

My son works at a shop on a busy street with yellow lines everywhere and very little parking choices. Theres a carpark that shop staff can use. However, the car park does not give the shops parking permits and instead sends parking notices out. The convoluted process means that my son has to approach the manager who then has to approach the landlord to get the charge dismissed. Theres no signage about the process nor is there any written information on time scale. Relying on two third party people to sort the matter has this time failed. The company says its now too late and applied to court. Theyre asking for £300 now. My son is beside himself. What can i do?

Has the manager and landlord said this notice can't be cancelled?
Has your son received a court Claim Form and pack from Civil National Business Centre?

Your son is ideally going to login to his UK government gateway account and needs to do his AOS online on MCOL
Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below and also post a redacted picture of the POC from the lower left of the claim form below after hiding the VRM details first
Is it only CEL or is DCB Legal named as well ?

Is it a DCB Legal claim?2

Civil Enforcement will usually give up before a hearing, but it may be tricky depending on how long your son is away for. What is the date of issue of the claim and what Particulars of Claim have they used?
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'

Its only civil enforcement and the issue date is 21st august 25.1

This is the company0

Who instructs the shop staff to park in that car park?

Those 2 pictures are unredacted, so need deleting, one has the pcn reference number and VRM details on show, the second one has the claim form reference number on show ( you should have hidden those details under a piece of card before taking the pictures ). Ideally it's redacted correctly like this example below

You cannot edit or delete yet so must report them for deletion instead
So its an in house CEL claim, no legal company acting on their behalf, issue date 21st August, making his deadline Tuesday 23rd September at 4pm, as long as your son completed the AOS on MCOL first, preferably last month ( so your son, the defendant, not you )
I hope that there is no Judgment issued yet, if he failed to complete the AOS by 9th September?
I cannot see anything mentioned about the actual or alleged breach, so vague catch all Particulars, so Chan and Akande details should be in his defence
