Went to Boots this morning just in case, but 75% won't start until tomorrow. BUT I noticed some Lindt Lindor Chocolate balls, the big gold box, on a shelf unmarked and asked for a price check. These gold boxes, 337g, are £5.79 usually but had the green parcel sticker on. SA said 'Oh it has the green sticker it will be 50% off' but scanned it anyway. It came up as £1.45  .
So I bought quite a few with my points, left lots on the shelf too, and will be back tomorrow to get my 75% off bargains. This was the High Wycombe store which will open at 8.30 tomorrow.
I LOVE this chocolate but also bought it as teacher's pressies etc as the BB date is September. Go get them Bootsers!!

Thanks to everyone for the info about the 75% start days.
It's my birthday today and my friend and I were going to the Gloucester branch and then off to lunch but I was unable to go and can't get hold of my friend so think she may have tried to go in. If it had of been today I might have made the effrort but now am sat in the warm with tea & biccys just opening my boots order that's just arrived.
I am sooo excited just like Christmas.
I got two of the TED BAKER Ted's Always Write and the Clasped the Moment absolute bargains will make great presents.
Also got the So? colour with attitude sets and a few others.
Definitely worth trying to get them with 75% off will make great presents.
I think they may have made a mistake Carex wipes for hands and face 99p that I ordered. I have got a box of 12 small packets in a box. Oh well!

hanley still 50% off today sa confirmed it starts tomorrow. even scanned somthing to make sure.
i heard the sa's moaning that they had been told it starts today and that was why there were so many in were also choosing what they were saving for themselves 'before it all goes'!
were putting more stuff out when i was there and plenty on the shelves mostly mens sets though i wanted more girly things. deciding which one to go to first tomorrow lol0 -
Tomorrow - yay i can't wait! I'll be prepared for the back lash like last year from the SA's and other customers who looked down on us. One woman huffed and puffed at me so much last year (with my overflowing basket) that I had to say something to her she really naffed me off. I saw her later with an overflowing basket herself to which I had to give her a "hmm" look!! - why do people look at you as though you are mad? why do the SAs look at you as though you are some sort of thief??? gaa! bring it on!!

Also starting tomorrow. I just rang the store & asked when the 75% sale was starting today or tomorrow? A very cagey SA said well it's not today so it will be tomorrow.
Very pleased about that as 3 week old Ruby decided she didnt want to sleep very much last night! Bless her!Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

I spoke to a really nice lady who said that she could not understand the secrecy about it, and would pass it over to have it looked into.:T
I explained that I was in my sixties and disabled, and that it took some organising for me to get to city centre and now those plans have fallen apart.
. She was very understanding, but reiterated, that the tills are altered the night before, and it is deffo Tuesday. She apologised on behalf of Boots. Felt sorry for her, as it's not her fault. Worse than M.I 5
I am so angry with SA who told me today, and I am not the only one, I realise that. So if anyone knows any different. Let us know.
big thanks for this info saved me the
bus fair, cheers

Just got back from Watford and no sign of 75% sale and the SA didn't have a clue when it was starting. Loads of sale stuff on the shelves so it looks like I will be having another trip into Watford tomorrow! There's a skinny woman inside me screaming to be let out. A cookie soon shuts her up!!! :rotfl:0
