I'm getting so excited waiting for the 75% sale and I haven't even got any money to buy anything I've got £25 on my AC so I may have a look round and get some stuff with that. I can think of 6 boots shops near me so I am going to have a look round them all tomorrow :rotfl:

hi. ipswich is tomorrow. not that it seems anyone is from 'round here' lol. just incase!! ill be in first thing hoping to get as many birthdays presents as i can and maybe a treat for myself as i seem to be spending so much on everyone else at the moment! xxx

Hi everyone, I've joined after many months of lurking:o . Thanks to everyone for their useful tips and posts.

On Saturday asked 3 different SA when the sale would start in Hull Prospect Centre one told me the end of the month with a smirk on her face! SA downstairs told me soon but not sure and said that stuff was been put out on the floor upstairs. Later went back and had a look and also saw another SA downstairs filling shelves with sales stuff.

Rang the store this morning to be told Hull sale starts tomorrow. Although tempted to go peek today to make sure:rotfl:

My Boots delivery arrived today - in 5 boxes!!! The delivery driver banged on the door and by the time I got there there was no sign of him but the van was still there so I waited. He came back from the side of my house and said he was looking to see if I had a garden to leave the delivery in because he thought that I wasn't in! Luckily I haven't got a garden but if I had and I was out then my delivery would have been trashed with the weather, plus he had made a hole in one of the boxes so he could carry it more easily. So to those who are expecting deliveries but will not be in, it might be worth putting a notice in your window to leave with a neighbour!! Other than that I am well pleased with my purchases... Roll on tomorrow to complete 2008 birthday/xmas shopping

I am so excited for you all,unfortunately I probably won't make it to Boots till the weekend so please leave some for me (Edinburgh):rotfl:

I am still on crutches form my second foot operation,so need OH to drive me,some of you might remember I was on crutches last year too after the first operation.I am beginning to think my OH is in cahoots with my surgeon so I miss the sales:mad:

Please report back from Edinburgh so I know which store will be best at weekend..............assuming theres anything left!

Wigan- Robin retail park is still 50% - although there was nothing worth a special srip for imho.
they did have loads of no7 clearance things inc wipes at 50p, didn't try it though, as i got 4 highlighters the other day!
