i will be @ 9am at Fishergate Preston tomorrow hoping that the sale starts then:A... i took day off just for it :rotfl: if not I will be there on Tuesday as well but will have to grab all the bargains in rush and run to work :rotfl:

anyway hasn't been there today but saw yesterday that there are some gift sets on grand floor as well... and still no mags:o so no No7 freebie for us Prestorian yet:mad:

Hi Rosekitten, I was in Great Charlotte street store today, and asked the sa who looked at me strangely and said "The 75% sale??????..... I dont know"
I rather got the impression, that it was the first she had heard of it.

Good enough she went off and asked for me, without prompting, and said it was tomorrow (Monday) I hope she's right. So much for being told it was today. (wasted journey) Because I can't afford to doubt her. Beware if you are coming into town from the south end of the city as there are major road works on Wavertree road. . Good luck. :beer:

eek! :eek: the wirral ones seem to be tuesday - hope i dont miss it tomorrow as im chancing it on tuesday.

I need some men type smelly sets for birthdays, and a gift for an 8 year old and a 10 year old. I don't need anything for myself but may treat myself if I see a nice gift set (under £15 as I have a voucher!) £126 in points on my card....:D I had £8.67 this time last year!

I hadnt long been going to boots when the last summer sale had started and i seemed to stumble upon the sale/clearance which was great and got loads..im not sure there is so much in the store as it is this time..

Is that normally the case, is the summer one a bigger sale?

The build up this time is great..and im sure plenty of people, my husband included would say how obsessed we are. Ive talked about/thought about nothing else but boots for days..oh dear..someone tell me im normal!! it isnt just me??

lab-dab im exatly the same my sister is sick to death of hearing about boots, boots, boots day and night she can't wait till the sale is over so in her words i 'will SHUT UP' about boots lol. no one understands haha other then people on this forum lol. im hoping the sale is on tuesday because its my mums 40th and we'v booked ourselves in for a day at the spa starting at 11am so i can have a nice relaxation after all the rushing around. im more excited abou the sale then the spa day HAHA now dat is SAD lol lol

I'm gonna stick my neck out and say I think the sale will start instore tomorrow (Mon 14th). I know it was the 15th last year but that was a Monday. I'm working both Mon & Tues so it makes no difference to me as I won't manage to get to a store but I hope all you fellow Bootsers who've booked time off work are gonna be lucky. Have fun

Oh well, I'm going to go and have a look at my local Boots tomorrow once I've dropped the kids at school. It would suit me a lot better to have the sale start tomorrow, rather than Tuesday when I need to be somewhere else entirely at 10am. I'll still manage to go for half an hour on Tuesday am, but it will be a bit of a rush.

I've got £53 worth of points, and £20 worth of stuff (at 75% off) on my shopping list. Yup, I have a list made. How sad is that????

have tuesday off work (how sad am i!) i lurk a lot on the boots threads but dont have much time to post because work very long hours. just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all the wonderful bootsers who have helped me boost my points big style this year. this is amazing considering I am an avon rep and i buy nearly everything for myself off my books. still, I am looking forward to getting some things for me and my mum in the 70% off sale, and perhaps a few presents too for during the year.
