Aviation ADR - Claim disappeared from portal

I submitted a claim to the aviation ADR after having a nightmare travelling from Bristol to Germany in February. I had:
1 x delayed flight (4 hours) which resulted in a missed connection
1 x cancelled flight
1 x delayed flight (1.5 hours) which also resulted in a missed connection.
My claim went to adjudication on 7th August and I had an update via telephone that KLM had agreed to pay me the compensation for the delayed flights, I was waiting to hear about my expenses.
I've logged on to the portal today for an update and my claim has disappeared and I can't view it as a previous claim either. I have tried to call them repeatedly but get a recorded message saying their lines are busy and now I have no idea what is going on.
I have emailed them but have been told that there's a 30 day wait for a reply and I'm incredibly frustrated.
Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have any advice?
