Reclaim car finance and Bulling claims management companies

Hi
Please may you advise on how to stop being bullied by a claims management company?
Despite having informed the CMC that I had been advised not to proceed with them and having also contacted the car finance company directly, who advised that they will be looking into my finance history with them.
The CMC continue to bombard me with emails that they are going to charge me or continue with the claims (x3).
I confess I did screen sign on their Instagram link, and I did not contact them during the cooling-off period. However, I did not receive a copy of their 'contact', either by email or hard copy, and they have ignored this point.
I would be really grateful if anyone else has experienced this and let me know what I can do?
.
Many thanks

Please may you advise on how to stop being bullied by a claims management company?By not employing them in the first place?Despite having informed the CMC that I had been advised not to proceed with them and having also contacted the car finance company directly, who advised that they will be looking into my finance history with them.Have you checked the cancellation terms with the CMC?

usually they charge you if you cancel and often the cancellation terms are greater than the redress that is likely (if any) on your complaint. However, I did not receive a copy of their 'contact', either by email or hard copy, and they have ignored this point.E-signatures normally email you a copy of what you have e-signed. It will be accepted that you did receive that even if you say you didnt.I would be really grateful if anyone else has experienced this and let me know what I can do?You are going to be subject to their cancellation terms. So, check what they are and then decide whether paying them to cancel or let them finish the claim and take their cut of that is the best option (assuming you get money back on the claim)
