cancel BT services by e-mail?

Anyone know a working email address to leave / cancel BT via email avoiding phone call. The following digital-resolutionteam@bt.com just bounces back and no longer exists, tried a bunch of others all bouncing back. Does BT really not have any email address that one can contact them on. ?

    Can you not cancel in your BT account?
    As you may find that they will not cancel on the basis of a email, due to being a insecure method of contact & no way to confirm you are the customer & not some random 3rd party up to mischief.
