SABA use ZZPS for administering charges issued at several station locations under the name PayMyParkingCharge and try to pretend they have no influence over their actions.

In reality the unpaid charge has been passed internally between departments and £70 added for the privilege.

As mentioned above, SABA have previously tried to turn these Penalty charges into a civil debt but this didn't go well for them when I helped out .
